Nope.

 

It would be abused and likely exploited somehow, because some people are hellbent on finding ways to make money while doing anything but actually playing the game.

 

Glitchers, modders and hackers have hurt the honest members of the community enough already... No sense in giving them another potential portal to use as a tool to continue it.

We were never even were able to give cash it was disabled since the begging of GTA Online, we were only able to share cash from last job and thats how hackers gave the money away

They disabled the option when R* where giving the free stimulus Pack ( the 500k)

I want a trade system , where you invite someone to trade with you, when within a few feet of each other. they either accept or decline, accepting would open two trade windows , do that you could trade or gift things using this system, and you as the person being invited can always decline if you wish.

 

That way it settles the whole it's a gateway to explotation problem.
