They either have a team of people that are not on the same page or just some really dumb people that don't understand when and where restrictions are a good idea in a video game. You can carry an arsenal up your ass and rock crawl in a supercar but duplicate plates? Well c'mon guys that's just unlawful. The question is why do we have to jump through hoops to do something they could of made easier for us and would add zero ill effects on gameplay balance?
