Should automatically prompt you to sign in again. when u sign out after u have press x for ps store do you sign out straight away? or wait for the first cloud? when u sign out and then sign in for the last part do you sign out straight away? or wait for the first cloud bump? I used to get booted off sometime after reconnecting the plug. Pushing the ps button somehow gets it all rehashed. Gone from an 10% thing to 100% for me. I dont understand why it would work perfect only 1 day for 14+ hours straight and then sign in errors all this week. Timing is not the issue I learned that long time ago with the original SP to MP. Theres nothing wrong with the timing before any one replies, its the signing back in that is causing issues, no matter if I wait 1 minute, 10 minutes, 1 hour same results. I also tried both methods with the same results: PSN error 8002a513 Strangley when Im not playing GTA signing is perfect no matter if i do it 7 times in a row on the PS homescreen, , but whenever I play GTA its acting like it knows what Im trying to pull off. poppafewpills Posted May 31, 2014 Share Posted May 31, 2014 Ps3 user here and have had perfect luck following this simple guide to the letter... taken from lucky number sins place... 1. Start a closed invite only session in MP. If you already spawn at the location you want to pull the car through, then go straight to step 5. If you spawn anywhere else, then go to step 2 2. Once in MP go to online options (hold down select to bring up the quick settings) and set Respawn location to 'last location' 3. Leave GTA Online to go back to Single player (this is just so it saves your last location) 4. Go straight back into Multiplayer again (Invite only session) - You should now spawn where you last left your MP character 5. Pause and go to Playstation Store in the options screen and click X ONLY ONCE 6. When the warning prompt comes up - select X/ok and immediately press PS button on your controller 7. On the PSN menu - go to account settings, click Triangle and select 'sign out', then press the PS button again to take you back to the game. It should then tell you that you've been signed out and it will take you back to single player mode 8. In single player - sign back into PSN 9. Go to your garage (if you already load up with your car you want, then you don't need to go to the garage. If your car isn't in the garage then it would have been impounded, so go to collect it) OR you can just load up the game save so your character spawns with the vehicle. (i find just storing them in the garage easier as there's no way to tell whether the car will load up or despawn until you get to this step, therefore saving them in your garage gurantess it will not disapear) 10. Take the car you want to transfer into MP to the location where your MP character will spawn. 11. Hold Down on the D-Pad and select your MP character using the Right stick and then let go of the D-Pad. It will then ask you whether you want to go online and any unsaved data will be lost. 12. Click X to confirm and immediately press the PS button (this freezes the process of loading up into the cloud) 13. On the PSN menu - go to account settings again, click Triangle and then X to select 'sign out', then press the PS button as soon as you have pressed X to sign out. This should then automatically try signing you back in (note: you don't need auto sign-in selected, the game should just try to automatically sign you back in regardless if this setting is selected or not) - you may sometimes get a message saying the R* cloud server is unavailable/failed to load, but you should be able to press Square to retry. If the glitch is working the cloud scene will take a little longer than normal to load up. 14. Once in MP, run towards the location where you left your SP character, The single player car should still be there. 15. Get in your car which should still be in the same location Be careful when you spawn as there may be other players about. Take em out if you have to (sounds easy enough, but it isn't) 16. For lower valued cars Just drive it into your garage and it will put a tracker on it The car is then yours You will need to take it to LSC if you want to insure it. 17. DiaDREWbetic Posted June 3, 2014 Share Posted June 3, 2014 So I've tried this a million times and have asked for any input on what is going wrong and I've come down to this: Between signing in/out just before I go back to MP for he final time, there is a 10-15 second "Signing in... Please wait..." screen. Are you guys having to wait this long for that bit? I cannot think of any other hold up as I'm doing everything to the T, I am thinking of hooking my PS3 up to my buddy's ethernet and doing that variant since I think it will be faster, any other ideas?? So I was chilling at my homeboy house today with my PS3, and he has a copy of GTA V. So...I decided to use his character and system to help mine rearrange cars online and then I was also curious to see if I could pull the glitch off with his level 14. But I first tried the process with my lvl 400 and still got the "sign out PSN" error. I know the steps by heart (after 1000 complete failures) and when I tried with friends character= 100% success rate???! Every time I was able to bring a car online?? I didnt change anything in the internet setup, and both systems were running off my rooted hot spot on my cellphone. So why does this work on his account/console and not mine? Or other people?
