The new apartments never really interested me, it was the ability to own more than one property at once that made me look forward to the update.

 

Right now I have my original apartment in Little Seoul (opposite the large construction site) simply for the 10 cars and it is close to the helipad to its south, which gives you a chopper that can get to most clusters of players in the LS area.

 

I always liked the idea of having property outside of LS though, its just a shame they didn't add more stuff out there with larger garage spaces. So im going for the one opposite the Industrial Plant again, I don't really think il ever need all 20 vehicles.

On most of my characters I have the old 400k eclipse towers and either a 6-car garage in Blaine county or that one apartment that is just (south) down the street from the eclipse towers, but on the character which I've been playing legit, I own a 10-car near the airport in LS and the 6-car in Blaine county. Both of these are near an airfield and an LSC

i have my old apartment at Del Perro and the new apartment on the ghetto aka Exlipse Towers...

 

i choose to spawn at del perro when i have to restock on candies and ammo.

 

spawning at eclipse there is war on the vicinity all the time so i can jump into action real quick.

On my main character my second garage is the 10 car Murrieta Heights. I have my vehicles organized in a way that I plan to just bounce around properties frequently on my 1st garage.

 

My second character is probably going to own the new apartment at Richards Majestic and the 6 car apartment by the docks.

Was not interested in High Life apartments so first purchased Del Pierro Heights Apartment 20. Then decided to leave the ghetto and trade for Del Pierro Apartment 7 (so no extra cost).

 

Works well with 2 garages in same building.

1. Integrity Way: Incognito spot. Incognito garage, Close to the helipad and no garage animation (Instead of driving out of the apartment like normal I spawn outside somewhere random near my garage.) Not sure why it does that but I'll always keep that apartment as long as it does. People try to wait for me outside my house and I spawn behind him, kill them. lol.

 

2. Richards Majestic. I wanted the new interior for kicks, it is pretty even if I'm never in my apartment. Plus I like how the bong is right next to the tv. Realistic.
