Wanting to start a "kill" team

Anyone interested in starting a kill team? What I mean as in a kill team we go around a kill random players, hunting them down just for the thrill of the kill? You see everyone. This is exactly what I've been saying. Gathering friends to target beginning and/or lower level players to cheaply inflate your crappy K/D? I'm guessing you're also against matchmaking and badsport lobbies as well.

I enjoy spawn killing people and making them rage loud on the mic. Not usually low levels I enjoy it much more when its a person who thinks they are good at gta then put them in their place.
