Upgrade apartment........how?

I can only see the option to pay 500k for the upgraded eclipse tower apartment. Since I already have the 400k one how do I do this without losing my cars........

If you purchase an additional apartment you don't lose your cars.
You also don't lose your cars even if you replace a current apartment.

It will give you the option when you purchase it.

Upon purchasing it should give you a popup with the option to do that.
