Cops in Online: Weirdest Moment you got Wanted?

Got a 2 star wanted level after i got out of a Taxi i took from the north of the map to the city while i went AFK i came back to find i had a 2 star wanted level and had no idea how i got it.

 

Then i found out later though another Taxi ride that i didn't have any money in my pocket to pay the Taxi Driver so he called the cops on me

Walking along the footpath near the Mors Mutual lot,

suddenly my character stumbles and faceplants,

all of a sudden I hear,

"I'M SO DONE WITH THIS!"

immediate 2 star wanted level,

shotgunned and killed by cop who spawned right behind me.

Not exactly weird, but when Cops bump in to you as your casually driving by, and suddenly it's your fault and you're the most wanted man alive. Every. Damn. Time.

 

It wasn't like this in GTAIV either. I cop could ram you at full speed in IV but if it wasn't your fault, you wouldn't get wanted. Avoiding the cops in IV is like playing Operation where you can't touch the metal or else you're f*cked.

Blow an armored truck, cop chase for a while, call Lester, wanted level gone, suddenly a cop bump into me in their wild ride, 1 star wanted level and shotgun in the face.

Been that way since GTA III, apparently any collision with a cop car is your fault, even if the cop car t-bones you

 

 

failing to yield to a police officer is a crime

 

 

 

Even when I'm parked off to the side, or when his Code 3 Equipment is not running?!?! They really need to fix this! At least make us just pay a citation rather that instant manhunt with deadly force authorized for an accident in which the AI Cop is at fault. When the AI are after a random player, and I receive a star when I'm not aiding the random player in any way.

Also: To those who think they shouldn't get a wanted level for punching a car: It's vandalism! Doing the jerk motion is considered public indecency or indecent exposure.

Stop car and leave to go pee

Come back 30seconds later, character has somehow died and re-spawned 200m away from car....

Witnessed an FIB Tactical officer open fire on an elderly NPC that accidentally nudged him in her Washington. Did the Face Palm action and got 1 star and gunned down while in mid-action.

I just tried playing again. As soon as I step outside my apartment some prick in a super car speeds by tossing stickies. His explosions gave me a wanted level. I hadn't even taken 10 full steps. I'm about over this whole GTA Online hype. I'd rather juggle a bag of severed man-members than deal with the issues anymore.

 

Like the infinite money glitch being back. Effective way to lose my attention.

Put on some dollar rims and chrome.

Drove out, 5 stars.

I remember being run over and killed by a speeding cop car while having no wanted level and in passive mode, re-spawned and instantly received a two star wanted level.
