Should Rockstar do a Mission Maitenance?

Reading some of the threads lately, it would seem there's more negative, than positive response to the new missions, and changes to others(RR). I'll admit the payouts to the new missions are a bit disappointing. So it got me thinking. What if Rockstar would do a Mission Maintenance period every 2 -3 months where it would randomly switch up the payout/RP on all the missions?

 

Similar to what they do on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, I think it would give new life to all the missions. No more would 9 times out of 10 would joining a random contact result in RR. Just imagine doing a Simeon mission that actually pays $10K or more? Of course you'll get the butthurt kiddies crying that they can't grind RR anymore. But hey, there's more to GTAO than Rooftop Rumble.

The thing with the RR payout is that it makes delivering the planes in Landing Gear or conquering the roof in High Priority Case etc etc feel like a total waste of time, because you pocket bugger all for doing something actually difficult.
