Mors Mutual not answering / garage issue DLC

I just purchased a new apartment from the High Life DLC. I wasn't sure what the order was when you store cars in the garage so I got two random cars off the street and put in my garage (w/o insurance). Now that I know the order that they are stored, I took them out and blew them up. Now, when I go to my other garage, get a car and take it to the new garage, it will put it in the 3rd slot and not the 1st slot. So, I thought maybe i need to call Mors Mutual and get the cars back and maybe sell them. But when I call, they don't answer.

 

I know it's probably b/c I didn't have insurance on them, but why does my garage indicate that the spots are already taken? Do I just need to fill it up and then replace the two that were destoyed when I'm ready?

the destroyed ones still appear on the list just for visuality,they actually are not in your garage anymore and won't come back.But when you enter your garage with a random car,it takes a random place to put it,sometimes 3rd slot sometimes 1st place.So what you got to do is fill up your garage and replace your new car with a random car which is in the right slot
