[PS3] Can someone find/dup me an Obey Tailgater?

I've been looking for this car for a couple days now, hours on end, and I have found nothing.

I found 1 in 30 minutes - it always spawns at the golf course car park - just keep changing sessions until Simion requests it

Yeah when it's on Simeon's list look at golf course. If it isn't there exit the parking lot and drive around it. You may have to drive around a few times but it will spawn. Make sure you drive in though don't just look through the fence. I was trying to get one to spawn there one time for a friend and he kept looking through the fence and it wasn't there. I drove into the parking lot and it was there. If it spawns it is always black and always in the same spot

Took me a few weeks of looking but finallt got one. Spawned at golf course while on simeons request list. Took a bit of time and dedication but worth it.
