CrazyV202
Just to "start" something maybe... Is there really any point in buying and customizing cars?? Especially the most expensive ones?? Considering you only make on the average, at most, $15,000 for one mission, can you ACTUALLY afford an Adder or other cars? How often do you actually use the cars?? Even if you do use them in a race, how often do you win?? The money cannot be easily replaced unless you are into the well hated "grinding" thing (which is probably the problem why people get bored or upset). I mean think about it, You have 2 million in the bank and you are buying an Adder???? Perhaps this is why players are kind of "down" about GTA Online. Maybe they are not treating it like a real life of crime. Really, think about it: Now if you had accumulated $10,000,000 then I would say you can buy at least any car you want at that point because you are in a "safe range". Just a thought.. QuackinAColdOne
There are people that buy cars and like looking at them (like me). Taking them to car shows, racing, using for missions, rock-climbing, ETC. The cars are definitely worth it. Depends how you feel about them. Bradillac83
I use my cars the same other collectors do. I show them off, cruise around, take pictures, and go to races and meets. I see it as the same as owning a painting, model car, movie poster, pair of shoes or your favourite t-shirt. You bought it because you like the way it looks and want one for yourself. Being a bit car-crazy definitely helps and most of my vehicles are owned solely because I like their real-world equivalent. If people are grinding missions that aren't very fun to raise money then they're ruining the game for themselves. It's not difficult to make money, people are just impatient/immature. Thinking of it as reality is a mistake. Money only exists in the game for arming/defending yourself or showing off, so as the update says: if you've got it flaunt it. I don't see why anyone would be happier with a huge cash reserve but no intention of ever spending it. paulmgrath and dairyworker
VMB-TAN
I like the customzing, create it so it's the way I like it. And then take them for a spin, to races and missions. It's safely to say; I can use a 3rd garage
dairyworker
if you are into cars in real life than as others have stated it is well worth it. my garage(s) are style over substance for sure. although i had plenty of cash i just bought my first super cuse i did not like any of them, at least not more than the other cars i had. as for ruining the game for oneself it just depends, i guess some people like to grind, i just like to have fun with my friends and usually make about 100k an hour. LOES
I kinda agree with op in the fact that its kinda hard to make a purchase when you worked hard (grinder) that money but I mean, why did you grind in the first place right?
