Richards Majestic Garage Entrance Problem

What are you doing in that roach motel when the apartment with the best view is right across the street! You would need a Titan to block the exit of the Weazel Plaza garage.

 

 

 

Views come down to taste. IMO Majestics view of the pier/amusement park is the best view in the game. But..

 

Weazel.. Majestics and Eclipise are the most easily trolled apartments in the game. If a troll is camping Majestics hes just a rock throw away from trolling weazel too. They get a 2 for 1 deal there.

 

Thats why i moved....To that other place that i won't speak of.

I own both... Not sure what your hinting at though.

 

ot: I park all of my trucks in that garage and I never have a problem coming out of that garage even if I scratch it up coming in it will be fixed anyway.

I used to have a Richards Majestic apt. Never had trouble getting past the cars parked in front of the driveway. They were there frequently, but they weren't difficult to drive around.

 

A friend of mine then moved into the same building and wouldn't stop complaining about the cars in the driveway. So every time he was in his garage and I was nearby, I'd fill the driveway with NPC vehicles.

I like how when you look out of weazel 70, you have a wonderful view of the beach and also, richards majestic. big letters, right in your face. take the hint and buy both

My car always slams into the damn garage door coming out.

Me too and when it bothers me I just drive 10 seconds to the LSC down the road and get it repaired, sure there's a fee but that's why I still rob stores at Rank 222 to finance my repairs.

During the billionaire days I shopped an apartment for my 2nd character and bought the Weazel plaza after living in the other places as Weazel and RM have the best views IMO too.

 

Yes views are subjective but RM 51 does have the most complete views.

Damn, I started this thread two weeks ago. I guess I'll give a follow-up. I'm still at Richards Majestic and it seems now that 75% of the time, the driveway is clear when I come out of it. I kept it, because it is near my favorite Ponsonby's.

I've always lived in RM and wouldn't move. The garage isn't really a problem as the cars only park block the entrance and I can easily get my sand king out with no damage.

Plus, with a helipad on the roof, I can land and parachute down to my garage or front door.

I love it obscured by parked cars. But yes, the garage door not opening fast enough is sometimes a problem.

I live at RM and find if I reverse instead of going forward I don't hit my Sandking on the garage door, give that a try, as far as the cars parked in front, there's usually a gap big enough to get through..But like someone else said, one's usually a baller, free 9k

I agree with some of the other posts there is always plenty of room to get by and the ease of taking the valuable ones to sell is pretty sweet, but I still enjoy destroying them for parking in my driveway. I've been blocked in my driveway by rude, inconsiderate people IRL and GTA carries a much lighter penalty for taking the law into your own hands.

I own both weasel and Richards and this is rarely a problem for me OP. My BIG complaint is dang door at Richards isn't big enough to fill the doorway. Every time I pull out I can see outside before the door even opens (at the top). LAZY R*
