Serious oil spill in LA, 50,000 gallons in the streets or something like that.

 

Got me thinking, why no oil? If you drive over oil (especially if it's long enough to cover the whole tire) you're super-slick for a couple minutes after. It'd be awesome if tanker trucks could spill oil or if it could come from other causes.

 

Additional bonus, shoot it to make a huge patch of fire on the road! :D

I'm pretty sure you already can...

Yeah with gas it's quite fun way to blow up people car and not pay for it but you have to light it with your car instead of a gun or else you'll have to pay for it
