Vanto Posted May 17, 2014 Share Posted May 17, 2014 (edited) Found this in a Windows 7 forums and some said it works: Since the game is dx9 let's go ahead and find the main .exe file, right-click it, and set it for Windows XP compatibility mode, and see if it will launch. Did you delete the folder located at C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games ? Is it a fresh copy (without any mods/save game) ? Did you run it as administrator ? Patch ?
