I thought it was 3 hours per bar. But it hasn't lowered for me yet.

 

Will doing missions help?

It'll will decrease over time as long as you don't get into any firefighters or shoot the cops or NPC

 

It's really stupid because the slightest thing even running and knocking over a light pole with your car will increase your mental status.

 

But next time use the Q&A thread for little questions like this my friend :beerhat:
