this updates bring out new victims, i mean, new players which is always a good thing.

 

plus that zentorno having such a weak backpanel, im having fun destroying them with just 8 shots to the backpanel!

Just dorking around like I usually do, 'cept for not grinding RR. But CCOIII is back so if I need cash, I'll just do that. Only dropped 1.5M on this update so it wasn't so bad and not strapped for cash. Besides, I'm positive I won't be on at all after the 27th until a new Update drops.

Sure I get freezes and lag. I almost threw my controller through the wall earlier, but I have a short fuse regardless of buggy games.

 

But overall I'm having more fun when the game works properly. This update was actually pretty awesome.

 

Side Note: The Last of Us is garbage. Enjoy!

Less fun, and the reason is because almost nobody plays anything else than RR (still). I've almost never had any other kind of activity in the game since.

That is because instead of fixing and raising the payouts of other missions to make them worth doing they just tried to make RR longer and more tedious. Even as screwed up as it is now (why the f*ck am I attacking a garage for some douche that is going to spawn on the street behind it anyways) it is still the only mission that is worth completing more than once.

I'm having less fun but I rarely freeze, so that's not an issue for me, and I couldn't care less about missions with a fancy name heists. My reasons are stated on the previous page. Come at me bro.

Got bored of the update in a day, they make all these sh*tty Capture creators when they could be making apartment creators, f*ck their logic. They get dough comin' in by the minutes and they don't do f*ck all with it, bring on Watch Dogs even though Ubisoft f*cked up by having free roam on next gen only, got a next gen console now so I'll be able to spy on some homeboys.

I'm having more fun.

 

The High Life update provided a much needed breath of fresh air. The ability to own two properties opened so many new possibilities in terms of what cars to own. I no longer feel obligated to buy the best vehicles for racing -- I can finally buy cars that have more sentimental (is that even the right word for a video game? haha) value, like the open top Banshee, which brings back fond memories of GTA III.

 

At first the new mental state was annoying. But over time I've seen it's value. I can now look on the map and get a feeling for where police chases and/or players who are out to kill on sight are located. Yes, I could simply do an invite only session, but a full lobby is much more interesting. Don't get me wrong though, I would prefer it if cop and pedestrian killing didn't count toward the mental state.

 

Also the increase in difficulty during missions has been very exciting. I finally feel like I actually need to earn my keep on missions.

Not having money to get the things that make the game fun is far from fun as well.

a boring grind is a boring grind. It doesn't matter if it's one short mission, or 50 missions.

None are new or fun at this point.

The fun is playing with friends doing stupid sh*t with the stuff you buy.

Update didn't really do too much for me especially after I got my 2nd garage done, and spent a good amount of money! I kinda got sick of not having as much fun, (especially since I don't like open lobbies)

 

Things I have done recently to have fun:

1) Join organized car meet ups from the forums

2) Downloaded fun user created game modes/ races from the social club and tested them with friends

3) tried doing stupid stuff like dressing up for golf and other role play stuff, without killing

Dispite what you posted about the freezing and bugs and ect the game is still fun but It can really depends on how creative and imaginative you are.

 

If you are created and have a vivid imagination the game would never get boring.

 

That the main problem with people who are bored with the game they don't get creative with the game

For me, I already unleashed my creativity on GTA V SP before GTA Online came out.

I hate the mental state.... I enjoy random killing sprees with Cops and will constantly use tanks to get 5 star chases for fun or airfights over Zancundo. My mental state is completely full and now everyone tries to kill me on site for the tiny amount of RP they MIGHT get. It's more of a nuissance, not to mention RTR sucks, game freezes, and I keep getting kicked from lobbies.

I have to say I am one that never complains about this game but the changes to missions has created some pretty annoying enemy spawning. I use to enjoy taking cover and pushing through from point a to point b but I've noticed a lot more enemies spawning behind me after the update.

I would say more fun. I love owning multiple garages and I got to use my new rides in races. I still have $12 million collecting dust in my bank though.
