Anyone know how to fix this emblem? And or Error?

So I have been trying to make an emblem for a new crew I'm making. I am trying to save my emblems progress but keep getting this error.

 

 

 

"Your emblem could not be saved necause it is in violation of our policies or employs an image exploit."

 

 

 

Below is the emblem I am trying to save. Does anyone know what the problem is here?
