GTAOnline - Cleaning the economy

Instead of a set amount of community cash, there's an infinite supply now and in turn, R* use averages to determine price factors on new content.

i have seen you say this many times in the past without providing any link to an official source.

if that was the case, the yacht would have been more expensive.

Only way i can see it could work, would be limiting gta$ in the game, and in effect, making some players stay poor. If gerald was broke, no jobs. If money was unlimited, economy would spiral out of hand.

On Xbox 360, on some version of Forza I abused this with good conscious. I would buy a car, tune it up and make it look great, drive a good lap for it, and sell it online. Prices were always between huge and enormous. I don't know if money was glitched or succesfull players just had huge amounts, but i made millions and bought everything i wanted. I lost interest in the game rapidly afterwards. But when there is unlimited money in a game ecosystem, you can sell a good loojing decent car for easily 3-6 times it's worth.

Idea is good, but really hard to implement.

Good ideas but by now the "gta-economy" is far beyond saving.

Still way to many bilionaires left and more coming because modders are still a thing on old gen, wich(,like it or not) influences current gen, the jobs payout is to unbalanced and its only a matter of time before the next money glitch apears in this semi-broken game.

You pop in and spew your opposition to my claims, and say I need to provide proof to my claims, well then you need to as well. There is no other logical explanation for the ever inflating prices.

The thing is, my conclusion of R* price determination is far more logical and makes more sense than you wildly claiming certain items "would" be more expensive for no reason whatsoever. Or because of shark cards...

Would be cool. Bounties would need a limit though have a person with modded money place a $1million bounty on you and you would be harassed forever. They would need a tutorial for the casino for underage people. The reason I don't think a casino would be added is a fear of some sort of stupid lawsuit. My 10 year old is addicted to gambling etc.

im not spewing opposition, im just asking for some source since you state that almost as a fact, which is not.

i think the more money making options we get, the more expensive stuff get.

just notice how stuff got more expensive after heist got released.

heist were followed by ill gotten gain updates, also in july we got a full month of 2x heists.

in september we got the "freeroam events" which are good money making option and later we got the low riders update that introduced the lamar missions, which give good payouts, in december we got the vip thing which introduce even more money making options.

between missions, heist, lamar missions, freeroam events, vip missions that can get soloed and selling some modified street/gang cars, anyone can make a good money.

unlike in the past, where legit money making options were limited to grinding 2 missions, high prices looked like a push to the cashcard, but money comes so easy nowadays that i see the increase in prices as R* way of adding longevity to the game, as people can set long term goals to buy stuff like yacht or whatever expensive thing they want.

this is how it would playout if it gets to a court.

R* lawyer= "so your kid got addicted to gambling because he plays casino in gtao?"

kid parent="yes"

R* lawyer= "ill hand you something i want you to read"

*hand parent gta v game case*

R* lawyer= "please look the back and describe the rating label"

*parent describes the "rated M 17+" label in the game cover*

R* lawyer= "you bought a rated M game for your 10 year old kid, which shouldnt have access to this type of content, you brought this upon yourself.

*judge agree, dismisses the case, order parent to pay R* honorary fees and judge calls for the DA to charge the parent of child neglect*

Stealthflight

Everyone I know already owns everything in the game so I don't know how much money is really needed in the game other than ammo costs and new DLC cars.
