Assault/riot shields

Available for purchase from ammunition, can take so many shots before breaking, I think this could be good in most situations. Say a sniper has u pinned down, whip out ur shield and charge him ! It would look epic too let's face it

Learn to express yourself properly and fully in one shot rather than just make it up as you go along.

Pretty sure Riot Shields are only able to (occasionally) deflect low-velocity bullets. So sure, add it in so you can give others a free kill.

I feel like the only way we would see riot shields in gta online is if they add it to the LSPD, making them even more annoying then they are now. Oh god, I hope they don't see this and implement it....
