Gdog
Only played through twice. If a PS4 version comes out and I can't transfer my saves from my ps3 then I'll happily play through the game again.
PhillBellic
I only finished the story once in mid October. I have never touched it since. There was too much lacking so I feel it is just not worth a replay. Cheers. Official General, Osho and tom_p1980

Compared to previous GTA's where I played the stories over multiple times, this one was the first GTA where I played it the once and left it there. What are you actually doing in GTA V then? ONLINE? YOGA? TENNIS? or just enjoying the beautiful map with all the upgrades in details, animations, cut-scenes, physics and etcetra???? YukiEiri
not .. even ... once Got mine day "early" .. played like an animal until October, went to Japan for two weeks .. haven't really played since. I just did some online stuff when I came back and then it just sat there, gathering dust. Great game, but I'm not interested anymore. :-( I miss the days when games were new and exciting.. tom_p1980

Tonesta
I played GTA5 pretty much exclusively from its release to the middle of November last year. In that time I 100%ed it once (the first time I've ever bothered to 100% any game in my life), and then got about a third of the way through a second time. Then life took over, and I didn't play again for six months until I randomly got the urge to play through again a few days ago. Just about to get to the first heist and loving it again (although in the back of my mind, I also know that this is by far the best bit of the storyline and - aside from the odd mission here and there - it's going to go downhill from here!) I've never replayed a GTA game before ever (although having said that - I came to GTA very late - so for every game up to 4, there was always the promise of the next version waiting for me!). I guess this just reflects how much I love the intricacies of this world they've created. I can happily burn an hour between missions just randomly wandering the streets, talking to random peds, admiring the astonishing detail...... shadyslady
Twice. And I'm done. I'd be happy if the game had an impact on me like GTA IV had. Then again, I spent 5 years playing IV and even getting platinum 3 times. Gta V might satisfy many, Rockstar's sales for sure. Even though the hype is due to IV's high quality. V itself doesn't impress me and it's catching dust ever since I finished my second play through. It's good but not great, certainly not a masterpiece and whilst record breaking figures sounds good I can name a dozen Hollywood blockbuster films that raked in record breaking figures but was actually garbage. A game like Red Dead Redemption is a "masterpiece" yet didn't get the acclaim GTA5 did because ultimately the name "GTA" is whats sells the game. I can tell you GTA6 is gonna break records and make more money GTA5 did because it's the name that sells the game. As for why I still play GTA5, I still do a lot of free-roam stuff like rampages and car chases but thats it, nothing worth going back through the entire story for. I do play Online, not often though, but now and again if I am seriously bored I may put it on. I may do a few TDMs or races or cruising whatever takes my fancy at the time. I like to keep checking to see if there's anything such as updates or DLC to get me hooked again but there isn't. Lets see what the Heists deliver.
