Just now my mission failed because our team lives hit 0 but 3/4 of us were still alive.... mission said we failed because we ran out of team lives.

It's a bit weird, I have just played one (RR) where 3 started, one died, and me and the other guy were able to carry on, but other times I have been alive, fighting the goons and it just says Failed, you ran out of lives.
