Clean Rebel post 1.13?

I've been looking for a clean rebel in the 2 spots it normally spawns for a good hour in and it just isn't spawning. is it gone or am i that unlucky?

Saw 4 clean Rebels on the beach where the BF Surfer spawns.

It's still there, in fact I got one myself post-update (found a bunch actually; I was looking for a specific version). I assume you've tried the beach on the north of the map, where the clean Surfers spawn? If so I'd say just keep trying; it should appear eventually. Also, at that spot, if there's no rebel on the main part of the beach, turn left and go down it a little ways; sometimes one spawns a bit further down. Hope that makes sense and good luck!

One's an amazing Toyota pickup and the other is a plastic FJ cruiser. Seems like an easy choice.

 

In all seriousness, it seems like the Rebel is more popular and a great off roader, but I've heard good things about the BeeJay too, it's just not as popular. I think both would be good but I prefer the Rebel. Or, get more garage space and get both!

My offroad garage consists of the Sandking, dirty Rebel, clean Rebel, Beejay, and an offroad set-up Sultan. I just got the BeeJay the other day and haven't thrown it around in the hills too much, but it's a pretty decent car. Looks great for an SUV class car. If you have to decide between the two, I'd go with the Rebel.

I found a BeeJay via driving an SUV up north past Sandy Shores, through the tunnel and past the first gas station on the right, it was parked in the circular dirt turnaround on the map.
