Has the Z-Type been nerfed?

I've been hearing rumors on other forums/websites that the Z-Type has been nerfed. The handling seems to be worse, and now the Monroe easily smokes it. I don't have time to test my Z-Type in a race right now, so can you guys confirm if this is true or not?

Yes it has been nerfed but not purposely, I guess it has to do something with Stunting/Gliding handling with bikes.

The handling.dat got changed to handling.meta, but ALL HANDLING CHANGES FROM AFTER 1.01 WERE LOST. rockstar didnt copy the changes to the new handling.meta one for some reason..basically, all handling was reverted back to version 1.00 handling.

 

This is why the Z-Type sucks again, why planes are slow, and why the sandking isnt 4x4 anymore.

They should fix the sandkings and planes for sure, but IMO the Z-Type being better tan all the other sports calssics was always a dumb idea. It should be worse than the Monroe, Stinger GT, etc.

Hm interesting...
I've bought one after the patch and tested it on my 1000m drag race (only one time tho) just to check, my time was 2 sec slower than the average time recorded by someone else pre-patch.
I actually found weird it would "burnout" that much at the start... that's the reason I lost so much time...
I didn't remember it did before... I thought it was just me maybe, didn't test again as I had no use to, but now that you mention that...

Yeaa I don't think that's true. I've tested the z type against the monroe in a .62 track and it was definitely faster pre 1.13. Now I don't know

My friend bought a z type just last week and it was fast.. Raced him in my Monroe last night and the z type wasnt even in the same league, his is 2 seconds slower than it was over 1000 meters too. I needed my tornado almost to make it fair. For the sake of all those who spent credits on one I hope those incompetents fix it very soon. And they can fix your 2nd car in a 2 car garage from spawning in the middle of the city and buzzards spawning on top of each other when two people call them in a mission too... Do they even test the game I wonder.
