I didn't find the gang car I was looking for, so ended up having a fight with the gang-bangers who were hanging around there, then the LSPD who turned up afterwards.

 

After gaining a 5* wanted level from doing drive-bys on them - I was about to die, so I threw a grenade at the cops...
