Impossible to find it since 1.12 IMO. Can anyone help me get it? It's the last car I need to complete my two garages. I've searched EVERYWHERE!

I was in an invite lobby earlier and they were everywhere. Even in that green and yellow colour that just looks disgusting.

This. If anyone wants rare cars, most (not all) will spawn for you in an invite only session when you're alone. I found all my 'rare' vehicles this way.

Hat no bronco mission just take the vagos getaway car and when missions over just go to free roam.

I found mine in the parking lot of the docks, it usually spawns on the parking lot closest to the entrance road of the docks.

Patriots tend to spawn muscle cars, and they vary depending on the area you're driving in.

 

In my experience, driving around the South Los Santos area near the docks in a stolen (not owned) Patriot at night causes Phoenixes to spawn. I got two that way in less than 15 minutes each.

 

If you don't find one fairly quickly, check your map and make sure there aren't any other players in the area that could be causing other cars to spawn.

I delivered a car, then BAM!! a million of them spawning in the streets on the way back!

 

 

I did also notice the TOPLESS MANANA driving around in large numbers..

Needless to say as a rare car collector.. I was pissed!

On the day of the update I spotted several Phoenixs around the docks after delivering a car to Simeon. Your best bet is to just keep to invite only when searching and do all the freeroam work for Simeon and you will eventually spawn one around the docks. Guaranteed

 

Edit here is some additional info from GTA wiki which you might find helpful

 

GTA Online

The Phoenix may occasionally spawn around the docks, near the drop-off point for Simeon's missions.

May spawn near the Maze Bank Arena area.

May spawn in and near the Cypress Flats area.

One can also be obtained online by playing the No Hay Bronca mission given by Gerald. The gang leader flees in a Phoenix and is chased into the LS River and gets out at the end. Once he is out, distract him, get in the car, end the mission, and go to freemode. You will be in the Phoenix and are now free to do what you please. Note that the car can be stolen before triggering the chase, forcing the leader to find another car and making the chase much easier.

You can also get one by playing the mission Gentry Does It by Simeon Yetarian. It's in the same carpark as the cars you are supposed to steal.

One can also be obtained in a random shootout on Harmony. Wait for the cops to leave the area with the suspects, then you can easily steal the Phoenix without obtaining a wanted level.

 

Its a nice car and everything....but the steering is horrible, or the over steer i should say....cant say you werent warned.

They were everywhere yesterday in my invite only session. Picked one up, went to LSC, started modding it....until I realize that it's an ugly car and that I don't want it after all!

 

I understand that some people might feel nostalgia about this car but I guess I don't feel that way!

I snagged one yesterday by the LSC down near the airport. Just random, I wasn't looking for it in particular (was actually looking for a Futo), but it was on my 'to do' list.

 

I got pretty lucky, it was already gold with gold rims, didn't have to do any visual mods to it!

Theres nothing special about it, in fact id say its the worst performing car I own. Nostalgia as someone above said is the real appeal of this car...they were good motors in Vice City but they dont hold up too well today!

I think it's genuinely because it's a nice car. Rarity isn't the only factor going for it.

Og yea! The time with the best cars. Sadly I can't buy a firebird IRL - the taxes are too damn high in Denmark!

Last night this was all I was doing, was driving around in an invite only session looking for the Phoenix. Know they often down by the docks so that's the first place I went. No luck. Drove around then delivered a car down there. Still nothing. Looked at google to see if there are any spawn locations, found a video where one guy said you can get it from the Gerald mission No Hay Bronco, so kept calling him but he would never give me that mission. (If you can this might be the best way). Found a post on something that someone said they spawn by the cluckin bell factory in paleto bay so I flew out there and drove around for a while (continuously calling Gerald to try to get that mission) and eventually decided to take the long drive back to the city to try the docks again. While on the freeway just before the horse racing track when you just getting back into the city, I finally found one! Two hours of searching finally paid off! And f*ck Gerald! Wtf is a Gerald anyway?
