How to wear fitted suit vest high life update?

So there are a bunch of new suit vests called <color> Fitted Suit Vest but I have no idea how to wear them. it says "You must be wearing a suitable High Life outfit to view this item. I'm literally wearing a High Life suit and it still won't let me view/buy these items. Wtf is this crap. How do I do this?

outfits cant be mixed and matched I don't think. You put on a full head to toe outfit at the counter and can't swap out just the vest.

You can with buisness outfits

Put on the suit first and then scroll through to see. I know you can change into a few other shoes.

Go to the clerk's counter to see the option for full suit styles, those are the ones that have been added, buy those so you can put the others on..
