Passive mode while having a full mental state bar?

Just wondering if its actually possible to go on a absolute rampage, killing every player in sight until the psycho bar is completely full, and then you just switching into passive mode? I mean that way you can't exactly get chased around and killed by calm players..

Something tells me if you're the type to do that you're unlikely to stay in passive for 15 hours. Also there's another topic on this exact same subject on the front page right now.

Who said anything about 15 hours? gets reset every 48 minutes is what ive heard

Yes you can go on passive mode with Mental State at full bars.
