Use the normal bus one, or the wreck one.

Although the school bus still has some col issues as well as overly large wheels, I've been allowed to post these pictures of it in-game. Admire its accuracy.

Is Skewlbus' col fine?

About Viper: You can use the Cutscene Banshee, and change the front, like in that Furore render.

And you need to remove the steering wheels from the cars. They weren't in Alpha.

Yes, back to the good ol' versions. Both alpha and beta.

I strongly agree that the alpha cars should have beta counterparts remade as well. Same for the beta cars (should have a alpha counterpart remade).
