The Zentorno Sucks

It is hidieous. No elegance in its design.

When you have poor taste or simply fail to appreciate finer, newer, cutting edge designs its fairly reasonable you would come up with remarks like this, its mainly british in general that find lamborghinis ugly & distasteful according yo top gear,I think they fail to come up with a nice enough design to match,so they turn their attention instead to condemn what looks nicer than they can come up with. Also I find it childish when they blame aggresive, offensive acts on the car instead of the driver, who controls & initiate an action? The car or the driver?

Not really fair to base an entire nation's taste on that of 3 middle aged men...

Blame top gear uk host for saying that,I merely pointed it out,but I like jeremy clarkson's comments, they are awesome

Title of this thread should end with "...in bizzaro world." The car is top notch for racing.

I didn't say the performance was bad I said it was 'too good' with no kick to it like the Infernus oversteers or like the Vacca does Burnouts on startup. I like something that poses as something that you have to try to master or control when you get the car so that when you race it you can use it too it's tru potential, I've raced people in Adders that couldn't control it in the turns and they lost because they didn't learn to control it bad cornering.'Try to master'

LMAO you're saying GRAND THEFT AUTO Cars require skill? That's hilarious, V has extremely sh*t handling that requires no skill whatsoever. Maybe IV did to some extent but V's is straight up unskilled sh*t that a 7 year old could 'master' in a matter of minutes.

The Zentoro sucks because it's some Tron-esque sh*t and the handling in V is sh*t too.

Stop living in the past lel, besides if you wanna reminisce then the Muira is the way to go, not the Diablo.

Who are you to decide what I can or cannot like? I hold the Diablo just as high as the Miura. Of which I don't MISPELL. Begone!

so you're saying a 7 year old could beat top times on the leader boards within minutes of playing?

guess I must be racing against a lot of 4 year olds or something because half these idiots can't seem to take a corner properly if their life depended on it.

anyway if the game's such sh*t why bother playing and spending time on the forums?

The driving in the game is incredibly simplified, nothing at all like Forza or Gran Turismo. I think that's the point he's trying to make, for as difficult as Gta driving can be at times, it's still relatively simple.

I get that but that's not what he said.

I mean ofcourse it's not forza or gran turismo (thank god for that) and somehow expecting it to be is just downright stupid

if arcade racers aren't to your liking that's fine but don't act all superior or some sh*t because you play some boringass driving simulator.

this game requires a different set of skills and while no1 can argue that the mechanics are a lot less complex than say a forza that is not really an argument for anything.

in any case I'm guessing the guy's just butthurt because despite his leet racing skills he gets beat by a 10 year old squeeker because he couldn't prevent a pit manouvre if his life depended on it.

(this is all aimed at ambient btw)

So your saying it's just a coincidence that a small percentage of the GTA Online community win's more races that the rest due to the opponents being unskilled when it comes to in game driving.

An example of this exact situation occurred last night when I was racing in sports. There I was racing in my fully kitted out 9F against a lobby which mostly consisted of Massacro's with a few Coquette's and Carbonizzare's there was also a Rapid GT and a Fusilade (Haven't seen any of those two in ages). Thoughout the race a few of the Massacro/Carbonizzare drivers were constantly crashing and attempting to T-Bone (Pit manuever) other players, They tried to so it to me, I countered their pit manuever and sent them spinning off the road and into the water. I finished 2nd behind the Rapid GT driver and as you would expect the guys who thought they were in a demolition derby finished in the bottom 4, Just so you know the top 4 in order was the Rapid GT driver, Me, A coquette and another Coquette.

I think that is enough evidence that proves that you do infact need good skill to be good at racing in this game.

Also as a side note the Rapid GT must be a good car when mastered because that thing turns like a boat but the guy driving it still managed to come in 1st and it wasn't a fluke, Me and the other guys who finished closely behind me were constantly catching up to/Falling behind him not to mention the track had a fair amount of turns so it must've been hard for him to win in that particular car.

Even my Entity beats the cra.p out of the Zentorno. Skill is everything in a race (between a bit luck).

On my GTA 5/GTA Online Tumblr I made a post about how I dislike this vehicle. It's already gotten a few reblogs of people agreeing. I said it looks like the Entity XF with a backbrace. It's a hype machine with no pay-off , as someone else more or less put it.

...I think the Zentorno is a pretty sweet f*cking car. It looks fast, drives fast, and sounds fast. Everything that a Lambo should be (and before anybody says anything, don't bring up the Rambo Lambo.) When I first saw it, I instantly knew what car it was and what it was based off of and I appreciate the actual car in real life, and being a strong Italian car fan I figured it was one of the best DLC cars we've received (the Massacro being the best out of the four, but I don't give a f*ck about your opinion on that, quote me) Love the Tron-styled designs or hate the mass love for it; either way, the Zentorno is worth the $750K-or whatever the f*ck it costs.

I was eagerly seeking a replacement for my Entity and then the Turismo showed up, l thought it was the answer, but it has a lot of weird issues.

And now I drive the Zentorno all the time.. haven't touched the Entity since. IMHO it's a better car for the street.. but I haven't raced it, maybe it's inferior to the Entity/Adder under those particular circumstances. That's no concern of mine and I'll keep driving it :)

If y'all wanna know my true impression of the Zentorno, here it is. At first it didn't chime with me or something. But it's grown on me to be passable.

I'll post my unbiased review of the Pegassi Zentorno here.

Many fans have been seduced by the ever so sleek design influence in previous Pegassis. More than likely to the many iterations of the venerable Infernus. The classic poster car of the eighties that has evolved into the car it is today. The very car that Lance Vance drove in his prime in the decadent era of the 80's.

Well Pegassi has unveiled a new car into their line up. And while it may not be as tame or as subtle as both of its predecessors, it certainly caught our eye in their early demos. The Zentorno had a very aggressive presence. Most of the time, completely overshadowing other more conservative marques. Some love it. Some hate it and some say that it's arrogant. We'll call it brave (for lack of a better word).

The design

The design is very much IN YOUR FACE. But what car isn't nowadays? Especially with Atomic making millions by selling their decades old stock of obsolete white wall tires. With that said, we do like the front fascia of the Zentorno despite it being a moving leg harvester. It looks the part and the triangular accents along the top of the bonnet add a nice touch too. Moving on to the sides and it all seems to fit nicely. The typical sloped roof and wide stance of the shoulder lines should be standard fanfare for any hardcore Pegassi fan except that they added just a little more edge this time around.

Moving on to the back, we weren't surprised to see it in person. The shape is indeed what you would expect from the marque. Our only qualm was that there were too many holes. At least the ones that are on the C pillar that is. The hexagonal vents over the engine looked acceptable although we would have removed just two near the rear end to smoothen things out. The rear fascia looked quite good but they could have trimmed it by about a foot to not make it look as massive. Other than that, it should look good parked beside a Massacro or Entity XF. Maybe not beside a Carbonizzare though.

The Drive

Here is where the Zentorno flaunts its engineering prowess. The acceleration is immediate and forceful. Reaching top speeds similar to its Overflod counterpart. The cornering feels like a cross between a Grotti Turismo R and a Grotti Cheetah, ironically combining traits from a rival manufacture.

The Verdict

Overall, the brute performance of this car definitely justifies its price tag at $725,000. That is, if you're buying it solely for its performance. Then you should totally be happy with squandering that money that you've saved up for the last few days. It could however take a pop of mollis when it comes to the design towards the rear of the car. The guys at Pegassi showed their age and experience well this time. Seriously, you would think that they needed to snort a line of crack to keep them up through the night while they were designing it.

Banana Wheels rate the Zentorno a 7.8 out of 10.

To me the Zentorno is actually worse than the Adder now and officially sucks big huge donkey balls, I bought it less than two days ago and have already sold it and I filled it's old spot with a new Cheetah which I am loving already, I disowned the car for the following reasons:

- It's outrageous and horrible looks is like driving around with a bullseye on you, Everytime I went out to drive it someone else would kill me or start chasing me and I didn't even have a bounty on me or have a bad mental rating.

- It looks and drives like a tron car, Even when stock it looks like something from the Matrix and when your driving it it's even more like that, When I drive it I feel like I'm driving one of the cyber cars from Saints Row The Third.

- It's too easy to win races, I know this to most people is a good thing but to me it's bad, I like a challenge when I race because it's the most enjoyable thing in the game to me and I don't want to be able to have flawless victories everytime.

- It's hood looks weird, I just can't get over the way the hood looks it make me want to vomit.

I know this is a bitch and moan thread but I just had to let people know what to expect if they're considering buying this car.

FYI if your a car enthusiast that likes the Old classics and 90's tuners please don't shell out $725,000 on this car just because you need a fast car if you need a fast car buy the Infernus or Cheetah, if you have any real taste you will start to regret the purchase after the first day, just trying to help anyone who is looking for an honest opinion on the car, it may be negative but sometimes a negative opinion is better.

The best argument ever ''Zentorno is the worst car because it's the best'' If that makes sense to you then sorry buddy there is something wrong with your mind.
