2 months later I had to build a new PC, I wanted it too as my laptop was overhating too much. And i want to game and do other things to.

The best for gaming is an i5-4670 and for other things like CAD, video editing and games, an i7-4770 is really good too. No reason to pay more for an unlocked OC'able CPU.

They are really fast enough. GTAIV plays awesome and too smooth on this CPU combined with a GTX780. If you are tight on budget, a GTX770 is also a very good GPU too.

It all depens on what you want. I wanted an i7 and GTX780 so I do have them. If you wanna i5 and GTX770, it's up to you.

PC gaming is not really that expensive, there are a sh*tloads of CPU's and GPU's out there, For any custumer, there are different parts to choose.

For low settings/quality, there are low-end parts, for medium, mid-end parts and for higher/ultra settings, there are high-end parts.

Thanks for the recommendations as I will check them out and do some reading. Ya budget is not really a concern and I do use cad and some video editing as we'll.

No problem. It all depends on what you want. For CAD and video editing is an i7 the best choice because of HyperThreading and 2MB more cache.

And heres another thing i know too things that not everyone does but these things turned out to be false, i used to hint my subscribers on these things to give them hope, my theory is the things some of us knew me included from various sources were true HOWEVER, the game likely was set to release early but a internal delay happened, what i was told was that it would release sooner than usual that it wouldn't be a port, this source who told me was ok with me telling people as long as i don't name of that said source, all i can say is that it was a very credible source a known one under a known name and account, not some random one person claiming to be someone he isn't but an actual source.

 

I don't care if people think i am lying or not beleive it or don't beleive it, it dosn't bother me i am just sharing my theory and what i know, that this game was set to release but something happened they were not yet ready to acknowledge it's existence as they were unsure of it's future thats my guess.

 

my guess simply is that something happened which caused an internal delay, just like a game set to to release but being delayed but instead delayed internally, it is pretty obvious that they did work on the pc version wheather that has been cancelled or not is unknown, but since they never acknowledged the games even existence we can only guess, which is likely the reason they didn't acknowledge it because they were unsure when and if it were even going to be released, they were/are simply not ready to confirm gta 5 pc, that or they simply said ehh screw it we got enough money from the console versions, meaning they simply gave up.

 

ofcourse business decisions could have delayed it too, but i think they ran into a problem that caused it to either be cancelled entirely or delayed, since they never told us it even exists they don't have to worry about it.

 

 

And yes you're right, no matter what everyone thinks I know this is true and if you pay attention you'll see that the leaks close to the "internal dates" were accurate, but suddenly they were called off. This is why I believe the reason for all these delays was E3. Maybe they thought about the old speech of the "Oh yeah the spring time window is great for releasing games" and decided that they would get more impact if it was revealed in a world scale event being covered by dozens if not hundreds of journalists that would spread the message pretty fast and create the WD effect. Let's be honest WD presentation at E3 in 2012 was their launch ramp, if it wasn't like that it wouldn't be what it became right after.

 

So everything seems to be in place and as I posted yesterday this is not an idea from yesterday, it was already being rumored back in 2013 (June release).

 

Now let's hope it is this time... Rockstar is a great game developer but sucks in terms of schedules and planning.

Only if they take the i7-4790, then yes The refresh seems to have their TIM imporved and this time it is worth to take the i7-4790K.

4GHz or 5,4GHz on air cooling? That is really insane! The regular i7-4770K have hard times on staying cool at a little overclock because of the horrible TIM.

i never said anything about it being here soon just to clarify, what i know is extremely outdated and turned out not to happen meaning my theory is that it was supposed to happen but things changed, i trust silverwolf and everything he said but i think the things we were told didn't turn out to be true because things changed, it is just a theory and if you look at facts you'd know that we all have the same information that turned out to be false, not to mention the leaked bug list, the game was supposed to release sooner, but something happened i have no proof of this it is just an eduacated guess that is all.

 

i don't care at all if people think i am making this up, besides i really have no reason to make it up none at all, i am just shedding some light on this i used to be alot more subtle about what i knew, the things i know are over 2 years old i think i was told about 2 years ago, the reason i am less subtle about it now is that i don't think it's a big deal telling anyone anymore since we've waited this long and they turned out not to happen anyway.

 

what i can say is that this source as mentiond is a credible one wheather you believe any of this is up to you, i have no information what so ever if the game will release or when it will release i don't know ANYTHING, all i know is information i was told about 2 years ago that turned out to not happen.

Hum, I know we seen this already, but paying closer attention there is something that i didn't get in the first time.

So we all know that till March 2015 a new Rockstar Game will be out, a strong title in order to make a huge profit from Rockstar Games, based in T2 predictions and what they said about the Rockstar share in all this that is undeniable. Now let's think about it... knowing Rockstar no way in hell they would they would announce a new game at best chance in this year E3 and release it in 6-9 months ... that now how they do things, specially if it's something new. But that is if we believe the title will be released in 2015... now this guy which it seem very credible and it's not a beginner in all this he is SURE, Rockstar will release a new game during this year:

So, in other other words Rockstar has to announce/ release a new NG title during this year that is on par with the GTA franchise expectations. So let's think a bit, even if it was an RDR or Agent and was for NG consoles, they couldn't make the +- 500 millions projected by T2, and this already including the DLC's and everything they already have planned, NG consoles didn't have enough platforms yet to reach such numbers.

So... the only way for them to make this amount of money having enough time to announce and release a game for NG... is if that game is already known or it's a remake (AKA GTA V) and of it's released for NG but also PC, there is no other possible scenario, because LG consoles already got the game and they won't make millions iwth the coming DLC's. But if you have other perspective please show it, because I don't see any other.

And this is just an analysis based in the current facts we got, I'm not including all the rest I'm sure about, just analyzing simple facts.
