Is 4GB RAM enough for modding

i wanna add more GB RAM to My Computer, is 4gb RAM enough for mods cause some mods make it slow when i have 2GB RAM (not enb or hd mods)

mods like replacing cars or Normal CLEO mods... :(

Sure, but you'll have in consideration the rest of the pc specs as well.

What are you specs right now? I can reccomend parts based on that.

Processor: Intel® Core 2 Duo CPU T7100 @ 1.80 GHz 1.80 GHz

Installed memorry (RAM) : I GOT 2.00 but i will add more

System type: 32-bit Operation System

New CPU, New Ram, New OS, New GPU, New Motherboard.

Please bear in mind that 32-bit operating system will not utilise more than about 3,25GBs of RAM.

Can i upgrade it by installing windows 7 : 64 bit ??

32 bit Windows can't use full 4 GB ram because of some technical limitations. I have now inserted 2x2GB ram into my PC and windows allows me to use ~ 3,3 GB of it. If you install a 64 bit Windows, you can use as much ram as you want. But your motherboard will have limits for RAM (for example I can expand my ram up to 4x2GB, not more).

 

If you want a 64 bit windows, a 2x1,8GHz CPU will be too slow. Consider expanding it to 4 cores (again, it depends on your motherboard).

I doubt SA would ever use 4GB of RAM. Even 2GB should be fine.

Thanks, and i think i can buy a better Computer. cuz i want GTA IV too on pc

I played GTA 4 with 2x2,2 GHz and 2 GB RAM :).

 

Of course, you can buy a new computer. It all depends of your point of view :).
