Though it may be a little tricky for Rockstar to have 16 hangars at once. If they make hangars like the garages (each player has his/her own), thats fine, but having 16 "open" hangars is tricky... and would take up a lot of space! Plus, I'd say it would be a playground for trolls, if the hangars were open. One missile and bang, probably all of your aircraft are destroyed.
