ashbashbluesfan Posted May 10, 2014 Share Posted May 10, 2014 The sultan is the best car for driving off-road because it has the best AWD ratio for a normal car, 40:60 I believe, better than any other sports or super car. Obviously the other off-road vehicles are better because of their higher clearance and suspension for jumping across hills and rocks etc, but for driving on flat off-road like the desert, the sultan is best. That and its good grip and acceleration means that yes, it probably is very good off-road. AWD, 4 door to accommodate a crew, great for any type of offroading/race or simple getaway in the northern part of the map. I love this car offroad! Trust me you wont be disappointed! Best place to find one is at the prison during daytime. This is one of the cars that may spawn right away, or take some time so be patient and persistent. You need to be driving another 4 door Karin vehicle to increase spawn chances. I used a Dilettante and it worked perfectly. The spawn at the prison refreshes about every 30 seconds. Here's what I did: If its not in the parking lot, do a quick lap around the prison (like criminal records race) and back to the lot. check again. Do this 4-5 times before you switch lobbies. First time I used this method, I found one with 15 mins. Other times it could take a little longer but its still the best method I found. This is the way mine used to look: And this is the way it looks now: As for my opinion on it, personally I liked it even more than the Entity or Adder (I've had both and since sold both) for off-roading, and I definitely feel it's better than the Rebel. There's no where the Sultan can't go. The handling and breaks take a little bit to get used to, but after you do the car is loads of fun.
