He looks kinda surprised, so I assume this is to be used when you find something shocking and you want to be a little extra dramatic about it. Self explanatory. That's Hilary Clinton. The X is through her because she wants violent video games banned. That's Jack Thompson and he has the X through him for the same reason. I'm not sure, it doesn't look familiar. A long time ago it was kinda funny to randomly add BBQ onto things. It was not uncommon to find people responding to each other on forums with "OMGLOLWTFBBQ!!!1one" Looking back on it, it never really was funny. Just stupid.
