jtet37 Posted May 10, 2014 Share Posted May 10, 2014 yea i more excited about gtao not crashing as much and more garage space than i am for the 'new' apartments and cars but in one screenshot, it almost-kinda-looks-like-maybe-im-just-hoping the player is standing on a balcony, outside, in the open......meaning a whole new way of trolling w a sniper rifle or rockets!!!!!!!! but that would ALSO leave the door open, pun, to parachuting into apartment, and thats not happening wo a loading screen, so not likely.....unless there was invisible wall preventing you from landing safely. If those are real and the result of those is that there are views in more than two directions (possibly 360 degree), then I'd say the new apartments may be $500-750K or possibly a bit higher. I don't think they'd be $1M. If the apartments are the same layout and just different props/skins, I'd say about the same price. If there is not a new building, but there are views in four directions in the new apartments I wouldn't be as disappointed. Just new interiors in Eclipse, Weazel, etc... The most heavily trafficked ones... Makes sense.... They want to promote even more garage spawnkilling... I want something witb a nice ocean view and i went on the roof there the other day and it has a clear view of the beach and pier. Well since R* didn't add new buildings, views are about the only thing that would entice me to buy a new apartment as i already own a high end one in weazel.
