Allow custom fees for impromptu races

All the way up to 10k. Imagine, 10 players crossing the map = 100,000$ pot! 50,000 1st, 25,000 2nd, 10,000 3rd and 15,000 divided among the remaining 7.

Yeah, probably should cap the buy in at 1k per racer. And winner takes all is the way impromptu races should be, since they are supposed to represent street races more so than actual races do.

OT: That's a really good idea, OP, and may actually lead to impromptu races happening far more frequently, but it should be a winner-takes-all kind of deal with the entry fee capped at $1k like suggested above.

With 5 racers an impromptu race already bags 1st place more than 10k. I'd like to see second and third options but, more, I'd like to see everybody throw whatever money they choose (but same for each player) and make a huge pot! Hell, imagine if every racer could throw 100k into the pot!

It might encourage more people to do them - they are a better judge of skill than someones W/L record. All in, random route to a random location - £100k winners pot. Winner = best racer.

I understand betting, but I barely ever did impromptu races. And when I did, it wasn't for money.
