Id like to thank Rockstar for keeping me home instead of at the bar blowing hard earned money on booze just to pretend im having a good time. Instead im home with my cannabis feeding my Endocannabinoid System playing their game.

The way GTA V was advertised was a lot better than the actual game. The videos and trailer promised way more than Rockstar delivered.

 

See also: Every other game ever released.

BINGO.... GTA delivers on most of it. And executes it well. I put down the Metal Gear series a minute ago... Never played it on PS3 completely didn't wow me enough from the demo... Same with Driver, and many others. There is a great reason why I've beaten every GTA game.

I never expected people to join me, more or less like this topic. I don't even know why the hell I made it. I just guess that if GTA 5 never came out, I would of wasted $120 on the same crap.

Well, you made it because you do have a point. However, this was just not the place to express such sentiment.

 

You would have gathered more from saying something like "we should all tell R* they suck ass and made a bullsh*t game that should just be handed over to self entitled tweens to be modded or hacked to their liking".

 

That's what this forums community is all about...smh.

I only bought GTAV for the SP; I had zero intention of ever playing online(i was not a fan of GTAIV's MP setup).

Luckily, I gave it a shot, and have stretched $60 from just a single player campaign into seven months of online entertainment. You'll get no complaints from this guy.
