more often then not when i find myself outside the city i tend to go to sandy shores, grape seed is pretty nice as well.

i sometimes go to paleto bay.

Personally I have a few hide outs... not really hang outs... places I go when I have a bounty, need to get away from people ect.... One is the dock house way over by the light house on the eastern coast.... mid way up the map roughly.... Paleto bay will come next... yes the whole town... Its usually my private kingdom when I need it to be.... and I dig the dirt road along the main river (not along 68 or whatever).... Those spots I like to "hide out".... LS in general is my raging social place.
