I suggest shooting up all supercars with the Minigun until the engine starts to catch fire. Once they get in, the car will either be destroyed for them or explode with them inside it.

 

Also request ammo drops from MW, throw molotov's at the guys holding the case. Then once everyone is killed, the car nearby wil explode and the briefcase along with it.

Another fun thing to do is grab the case, call pegasus for a Rhino, race to Rhino, ride to Madrazo's and blow everyone's supercar sky high, flatten them and wait untill they leave the session.
