Help with missing textures PLEASE

Hey guys, i have nvidia gts 250 1gb, i installed fresh copy of gta 4 today and icenhancer. then i installed traffic mod by chikimaru and only one car and i had missing textures. how to solve this? i have tried different commandlines and it didnt help...
