Yes, they are new apartments at Eclipse Towers, Richard Majestic and Tinsel Towers. The location of the other 2 is not known but probably Weasel and Del Poro to keep the PvP at a maximum.

Pretty much. Eclipse and richards majestic were mentioned by R* and someone on youtube deduced that the picture they shared on the newswire wednesday came from tinsel.
