I do it in two minutes with a friend if one of us calls the chopper while the other kills the guys. On my own I do it perhaps in 3 minutes. What is your technique?

 

Grenade Launcher against the 2 cars in the entrances. Run to cover and use Grenade Launcher against the 2 cars on the left, then fire one shot at the 4x4 at the very back, the explosion will get the other car to the left of the 4x4. Run in with Assault Shotgun and kill remaining members, run to my Turismo R and drive to Madrazo's, trying not to hit any traffic on the way.

 

However, the 2 minute run I did was with a friend, who called a chopper. I've no doubt though, that if I got a perfect run in my car it would be around the 2 minute mark also.

Lots of missions that generate more money than RR, but RR is king with the masses because;

 

The High RP is big for lower levels

but why hassle yourself to such a "methodical" way of play? Why not enjoy it as R* intended & realize that money will simply follow suit.

 

because the payouts for everything else blow donkey balls. hell most payouts don't even cover the cost of ammo in most cases, so it actually COSTS you money to do missions.

 

lol this is just a complete lie unless you're just shooting ammo into the air at the start of every mission.

Unfortunately in this game, you need cash to have fun. And with cash I mean millions...

 

No you don't I've been playing since day 1 and haven't had to have millions to screw around in FR at any point.

Four minutes for Rooftop Rumble? Ya'll some slow ass niggas.

Haha nigga that's counting all the load screens. Cut scene, like and continue screen, mission panel voting screen, and going through the clouds to get back to freemode, so you can start the mission and press play.

 

Exactly, the lobby and load times are frustrating as hell, and they greatly impair the efficiency of the whole game, not to mention the damage they do to my grinding schedule.

 

Playing RR last night with multiple players, one smart guy would always call the Merryweather helicopter as soon as mission started, and then within less than a minute when we had cleared out the professionals and grabbed the document, we would just pile into the heli for a quick trip to Madrazo's. Smokin'

I remember timing myself solo, trying to shave off a few seconds. Fun times. I think my quickest time was just under 3 minutes.

The 5 new missions in the highlife update are Rooftop Rumble 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Some minor deviations from the current mission with fresh skins applied to the parking garage guys and girl. New coloured cars in the garage and the packages will be different, coke, meth or cash. Also Martin will have 3 new cut scenes when you drop off the package.

 

Personally I cannot wait.

Thanks for explaining this. I suppose you do drive with your car close to the entrance, otherwise you would have to run back to where it is parked when you start the mission, which will cost time..

 

My own technique involves driving with my Turismo to the back entrance. Then shoot a grenade to the car parked at the wall and two more grenades at the cars parked at the front entrance. Then kill the remaining guys with my rifle.

Ever since I bought a Buzzard, I've preferred Mixed up with the Coke and Trash Talk tbh. It can be fun doing Chemical Extraction with the Buzzard as well. I usually do Rooftop Rumble if friends are on, and Mixed up with the Coke when nobody is on.

I do the same boring thing over and over again to make money IRL, why would anyone waste their time doing the same thing in a game?

 

I only play RR maybe once or twice a night for some fast cash, beyond that it's pointless. I've been playing this game since day one and have never felt that I needed millions to have fun. As long as I have enough cash to keep my ammo at a reasonable level I can have plenty of fun.

 

The easiest RP is Cleaning the Cat House. Call for a chopper, land on the roof, wait for the girl, fly her to Matin's. 4000RP. You don't even need to fire a shot (except the one to kill your pilot).
