After that accident in which you blew up my car. Before I make some sort of social comment, I'll say this.

 

When someone blows up your car, either a percentage or flat amount should be deposited into your bank for emotional damage.

 

Hear me out here, this isn't meant to be for financial gain, but just based on the personalities of people who blow up cars, if they knew even a small about of money was going to the person who they are trying to piss off, it just might discourage the act a bit. It will also soften the anger of the person who lost their car. I'm not talking about a lot of money, either like 10% or a flat $500-$1000.

 

EDIT: to clarify, the "emotional damage" title is a joke, in true American fashion, you should get extra money from a minor collision for emotional damage, medical bills, missed work (even though you are welfare), court fees, mental trauma, and pain and suffering.

That's the great thing about gta and why its so diverse, the only concept is freedom. So people play just to race, others like to roleplay, and then you got that asshole in a tank. personally Unless your the asshole in the tank I all for playing however you have fun, otherwise getting your tank blown up and being ran over while your in passive mode till you leave the lobby is something you have to accept is part of the way your playing the game
