Weed is an everyday thing, it's nothing to brag and boast about. Countless songs about it, it's old and tired. If anything we should be talking about shrooms, acid, and DMT.

You have to be pretty retarded to blow yourself up if you're only making enough for yourself. If you're mass-producing then you'd need a stove. On the rare occasion that I've made oil, I've never used the stove. Hot water in the sink works just as well as long as you keep the oil dry.

Heroine and cocaine don't grow that way, weed literally grows that way, admittedly it takes some tweaking for a good strain, but it does grow that way. Although that is a sh*t excuse, drug is defined by diction and law. For the sake of being obtuse, love is a drug.

 

More importantly, what should be considered are the reasons weed is qualified as a drug, originally it was grown as hemp, and used for everything from clothing to paper. It was made illegal originally due to propaganda (see Harry J. Anslinger).

 

However even though this propaganda was mostly false, and a way of businesses regulating hemp distribution, medicine today can also show it leading to depression, among other mental health issues. However, these are rare, few and far between, and often are related to smoking from an early age, during growth, or genetic disorders from birth (very rare) and within an age where people become depressed for multitude of reasons, it is very difficult to place the blame on marijuana. In fact just as many medical studies have shown the benefits and healing abilities of smoking marijuana.

 

The bottom line is legality, I can understand people who hate all vices (live a little!) but if you are going to hate on weed, there are far more motivating arguments for the dismissal of alcohol, which for most is a way of life, just look at difference in fatalities between stoners and alcoholics.
