Ok the first thing you need to do is invite the friend who has the car you want to a pink slip race. Now have him lose the race then he turns off his console. And now you will get his car and he will keep his.

And it will never happen. You can't give away cars to friends anymore that you steal off the street and modify. Because it was the only "Legal" route to funneling money to a friend in any significant amount.

Pink Slips would just allow you to transfer supercars at will.

The fastest car does not always win, If you had any driving skill you would know you can win with a slower car, I'd be happy to race my Jester against any super aside from the Adder.

Would prefer a casino to be honest, if its your gambling addiction that needs fueling. Hey, that one just off the freeway in front of the horse track looks like a good spot for poker, blackjack etc.

I think if you won you get a duplicate of thier car and get to choose whether you add it to your garage or sell it
And if you lose your car gets destroyed and it would be as simple as calling MMI for another

I think that would be an amazing addition to races
