Pretty sure it won't be available in the standard edition unless they bring out the collector's/special edition for PC too. If so then it's really no different from consoles, is it? Unless of course the only PC version to release is the COMPLETE edition. If so then you're gonna be waiting much longer before you get to play the game cause the DLC isn't even out yet! The only difference between those two (SE and CE) is that with the CE you get a lot of physical items with the game, where as the SE you just get the extra in-game rewards.
