I've noticed some people do it because the game allows them to, and they like how it looks.

 

I think that is the reason why.

 

I'll report back when I find out another factual reason why.

 

(I don't do it, I always have the just because I can should I mentality.)

Well, at least they didn't include "Donks" as an option (the wheels, not the fine ghetto booty)...

Imagine the horrible combinations you'd see then...

Reading through this thread is hilarious. The oncoming potential nightmare called the Donk - will it ever happen, of COURSE NOT. Things could never get worse than a white-walled Truffade Adder with $ rims. And then.... LOL... the lowrider update ++

 

People put white-wall tyres on supercars because they don't know any better. It looks 'amazing' in the mod shop, and all it takes is a simple button press.... Just like chrome when you see it for the first time, lol.

whitewalls on anything other than sports classics (and not even all of them) and lowriders are a massive NO GO. it looks awful. a year back or so i saw some opel zafira with whitewalls at a mall parking lot. it looked f*cking hideous, just as bad as whitewalls on stuff like t20s etc.

depends on opinions...i mean, for an example, i like the looks of those extravagant limited edition lamborghini's a lot...which most people find eyesores....and i like big huge SUV's, which some people would just find blocky...and i like seeing blocky old classic cars like those old pre ww2 bentley's, which again, many find blocky and ugly

 

a donk...i googled it, have seen multiple pictures...did not like it one bit

 

same as the concept of lowriders, hotrods and other such concepts in which they modify older cars a lot...though i do not know much about cars on a technical aspect...really i do not,...i feel like often its rape of classic cars....especialy if they start painting silly flames and other paint schemes on those things

Besides the Slamvan. Classic Rod wheels plus Custom Tires ware a must have for it. I can't even imagine my Slamvan Custom without them. It doesn't feel right.

Of course Rockstar won't be stupid enough to add donks, and lo and behold, a year or two later we get exactly that. Our worst nightmares come to reality in the shape of the Willard Faction Donk.

 

Some people like you love it though, and have several bright green ones in your 331 Supply Street garage.
