Why People Put 'Low Rider' Wheels on Super Cars?

Okay so nearly every garage I've been in has horrible looking cars. The average; a blue super car(Adder) with red 'Low Rider-Flare' wheels. Usually the car also has white wall tires and a musical horn. So why does everyone like the look of this crap?

Well the white walls on an adder for me at least with solid rims makes me feel like my car is from Tron.

Such tasteless hellspawn often congregate outside LS customs, engaging in "meets" where they doughnut their silly chrome cars to the "swaggy" sounds of their loverboyzzz Drake and Lil' Wayne pumping through their £10 mic.

Meanwhile, I'll be casually cruising by in my gauntlet, V8 purring like a lioness in labour, whilst giving the prepubecent swagsters the finger.

People keep on putting tacky $ wheels, white walls, random tire smoke, and whatever is unrelated to the car. Most of the people in GTAO/GTA V have little to no taste of cars. In fact, I've seen a video where a guy customizes Mike's Obey Tailgater and keeping the $ wheels and white walls. And there's another guy who thinks that clown horns are cool. And later he put a TRUCK HORN on a TURISMO R. *facepalm*

This is the exact reason why I don't put them on my vehicles.

 

I always just go for high-end no matter the car, unless it's an offroading vehicle, in which case I use offroad tires. I never bother putting any of the other tires on because none of them really look good.

A lot of people just have bad taste. I know everybody has their preferences but a lot of people just like tackiness.

 

I have a few German saloons and grand tourers as well as some supercars and they remain pretty subtle. My most customized car is my stone silver Schwartzer but I only added these:

- a 50% tint

- a carbon fiber roof

- it already had a carbon fiber rear diffuser so I added black Benefactor-esque wheels

- a grill with a Benefactor logo

- a street transmission

 

That's it. I keep my cars subtle unless they're tuners like the Sultan or can be made to look like some other real car (the Comet can be modified to look like a 997 GT3 RS).
