Will we ever see 16 player missions? Do you want a mission creator?

A mission creator would cause difficulties. How would you set the reward money? If the player can choose then I can foresee a hundred different "shoot one unarmed guy, earn 18k in 10 second" kind of missions being created.

 

If the value is preset - ie all missions pay out 5k regardless of complexity - then same problem, not to mention there is no motivation for making more interesting missions.

 

If the value is decided on a set of criteria (number of enemies, distance travelled) then maybe that could work, although it still might be open to abuse. You could place 20 enemies on the other side of the map while the mission involves driving down the highway and nothing else.

It's for this exact reason that Rockstar will never make a Mission Creator available to the public. Already, there are hundreds of jobs that say "1,000,000 RP + LEVEL UP + GET LAID!". There are already 10 year olds trying to make jobs sound like they can exp boost so they can get plays, can you imagine what would happen if they actually could make a exp boost mission? Hell would break loose, levels wouldn't matter (although they hardly do as it is). But it would ruin Rockstar's Cash Card sales as well, and we know how much they don't like that.

I think if mission creator was released then payouts should be capped at a few grand and xp the same.

 

My friends who I play with online play missions for fun, we don't care about payouts.

R* have said there will be a creator for missions eventually. But I don't agree on the 16 player part, I'd say a maximum of 8 players for a mission.

I see what you mean. I rarely use the Quick Job option so I missed that possibility.
