Multi-Property ownership = Garage Rearranging?

First, is it just me, or does the new Bullpup Rifle look almost exactly like the advanced assault rifle? (with a slightly different barrel tip)?

 

Second, By owning a second garage, it would seem we will finally be able to re-arrange cars, by swapping them from one garage to the other, then back again in the order you want! (Alternately, Fill the garage with free cars, then replace them as you see fit!)

 

I wish they'd just allow us to rearrange the cars via the replace menu. But this'll do for now. just gotta be sure to keep at least 2 spots open in one of your garages!

Yes and yes. The bullpup rifle looks almost exactly as the advanced rifle to my eyes, and it was confirmed by R* that we WILL be able to rearrange cars by driving them from one garage to another.

Now my only concern is do I want to move my Felon, which was my first car, and has never moved from that far back spot, just to keep my super/sports cars in one garage, and everything else in my second... hmmm..

So I used the search function and saw this thread..

 

I just assumed they meant 1 garage and 1 apartment, but that might just be me dreaming. oh man 20 cars would be fun.. That means 40 cars all together if this were true right? Or what does it mean when they say
